Look for the two buttons, one in green labelled “Create Support Ticket” and another to access existing tickets. Since this is your first complaint, click on “Create Support Ticket.”

Next, you’ll be asked if you have a JAMB registration number. If you do, click “Yes.” If not, click “No.” Select the appropriate option based on your situation. Once you’ve made your selection, you’ll be taken to a form page where you’ll need to provide your JAMB registration number (if applicable), nature of the complaint (such as admission, CAPS, change of institution or course, NIN, etc.), subject, and message.
