Because of these issues, a support system has been put in place where you can raise a ticket to address these issues. The steps to take are highlighted below:

How To Raise A Jamb Ticket

To access the JAMB support page and raise a ticket, start by visiting  jamb support. On this page, you’ll find different options tailored to various stakeholders within the JAMB ecosystem. Look for the two buttons, one in green labelled “Create Support Ticket” and another to access existing tickets. Since this is your first complaint, click on “Create Support Ticket.”

Next, you’ll be asked if you have a JAMB registration number. If you do, click “Yes.” If not, click “No.” Select the appropriate option based on your situation. Once you’ve made your selection, you’ll be taken to a form page where you’ll need to provide your JAMB registration number (if applicable), nature of the complaint (such as admission, CAPS, change of institution or course, NIN, etc.), subject, and message. You also have the option to attach a document, such as a screenshot of the problem you encountered.

After filling in all the required fields with the correct information, hit the send button to submit your complaint to JAMB. They will review your ticket and provide assistance accordingly. Remember, JAMB is committed to helping you resolve any issues you may encounter during the registration process.

The Jamb Support System

The JAMB support system is designed to assist candidates during the registration process and address any issues they may encounter. It provides a platform where candidates can raise tickets to get help with various concerns related to their JAMB registration. Whether you need assistance with updating your bio details, emails, phone numbers, or other personal information, the support system is there to lend a helping hand.

By raising a ticket through the JAMB support system, you can communicate your specific issue or question to the JAMB team. They will review your ticket and provide guidance or solutions to resolve the problem. It’s a reliable way to get personalized support and ensure a smooth registration experience.
