Samsung Galaxy S25 Series to Feature Up to 16GB RAM? Samsung phones always rank among the most powerful handsets of the year, but they don’t always have the most RAM.

However, there’s a claim from two different sources that the RAM issues are about to be addressed.

One of the sources leaked that the Samsung Galaxy S25 and Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus will have 12GB of RAM, while the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will have 16GB.

This means there would be an extra 4GB of RAM for the S25 relative to the S24, and it would be a similar upgrade for the Ultra, as the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra has 12GB of RAM.

He however claimed that there won’t be an upgrade for the Plus model, as the Galaxy S24 Plus also has 12GB.

Universeice also posted on X. He has a more accurate prediction record from time past. With his post, there’s a good chance that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Series will Feature Up to 16GB RAM.

Conclusion

Given how stingy Samsung has been with RAM in the past, the only plausible reason for the much-needed memory bump could stem from on-device AI (Google Gemini Nano 2), which is notoriously RAM-hungry.

Other upgrades include new camera sensors on the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ and possibly a MediaTek Dimensity SoC. The Galaxy S25 Ultra could get a redesigned chassis and some camera upgrades.
