GHRIS is known as the Government Human Resource Information System. The Kenyan government has developed the GHRIS platform to ease the stress of the payment process their employees go through before getting paid. Also, the platform provides easy access to online payment services.

The GHRIS platform has brought convenience and efficiency. It ensures government employees get their payslips at the comfort of their homes or workplaces.

Additionally, the GHRIS portal is designed in-house by the officers of Government Information and Communication Technology, in association with officers of Human Resource. It should be noted, the main users of GHRIS are mainly government employees, such as Government MDA, civil servants and other people.

You need to have registered to print out a GHRIS payslip.

Ways To Register For Your GHRIS Payslips

Firstly, visit the official website (https://www.ghris.go.ke/UPNLoginonlyNewlyAppt.aspx).

You will see three options, such as: forgot password, register and log in here. However, you have to click on the register button if you are a new user, and if you are an existing member, click on the login button.

A registration form will appear on your screen. Fill up the employee registration form carefully, by providing your details. Your personal details, like your mobile number, national number, KRA pin and date of birth. Additionally, work details such as the term of services and appointment date, gender and official name. After providing all the details, you need to click the submit button.

Lastly, the information imputed is received by the respective government agency, department or ministry. With no mistake made, your GHRIS slip will be downloaded.

How To Download Your GHRIS Payslip

It should be noted that you are required to have two essential items to download your payslip. These are;

GHRIS user ID number
GHRIS password.

Below are step by step guide on how to download and print your GHRIS payslip:

Follow the link (https://www.ghris.go.ke/loginonly.aspx).
Fill in your ID number and password.
Then click log in. It will take you to your GHRIS dashboard.
Click on the My Records tab on your GHRIS dashboard.
Choose my payslip option.
Several existing payslips will appear on the left side of the screen.
Note, if you need your current slip, select the present payslip link.
Finally, a new page will open with the option of the month, year, and view payslip. Select view payslip and wait for it to be displayed.
