- Visit any nearest JAMB Office or Accredited Centre
- Request for the JAMB Change of Institution Form
- Make a Payment of N3,500
- Choose your preferred Institutions.
- Fill out the form And Submit
- Thumbprint
- The attending JAMB officer will process the change of Institution via the JAMB CAPS portal
- Lastly, obtain your JAMB change of Institution printout

- The closing date for the 2025/2026 JAMB change of Institution form is 17th February 2025.
- After this date, JAMB will stop selling the UTME change of Institution form.
