Dell STEM Aspire Application: Dell Technologies is excited to announce the STEM Aspire Female Mentoring Program—an inspiring initiative designed to connect female students pursuing STEM and related degrees with industry mentors at Dell.

This program offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable insight into the tech industry, explore professional roles, and receive guidance on shaping your career path.

Eligibility

As a female studying a STEM degree or STEM related course or business related course
HBO 2nd, 3rd, 4th year or University Bachelor 2nd, 3rd year or University Master 1st or 2ndyear
Dutch speaking – professional language skills or native

Upload a motivation letter including what area of technology you are most interested in and why, why are you interested in a mentoring program with Dell Technologies, what do you want to gain out of the program? (use 100 words to answer each question).

Mentorship Expectations of The Program

Engagement with your mentor once a month (can be online, hybrid or face-to-face) for 6 months from February 2025 to July 2025.

Participation in events run by the program (onsite opening ceremony, 9 training sessions on topics “Technical Skills, Personal Branding, Soft Skills” and the closing ceremony).

70% attendance of sessions is required to receive certification ( 100% = approx. 20 hours, events + mentoring).
