Galaxy S21 Galaxy S21 was revealed at the unpacked event on January 14, 2021. It was sold in the US and Europe on January 29, 2021. It became available for purchase on January 29, 2021 in the US and Europe. In Nigeria, Samsung officially introduced the S21 5G series a short while later, rolling out availability nationwide.

Display: The Galaxy S21 has a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X touchscreen. It features a Full HD+ or 2400×1080 pixels to give it a sharp look with a peak brightness of approximately 1300 nits. The screen can run at 120Hz refresh rate making them very smooth on the screen, in terms of animations and scrolling. It also has the HDR10+ to increase contrast. The screen of S21 is smooth around the edges, and it has an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor under the screen surface.
Camera: The S21 has on the back is a flexible triple-camera that includes a 12 MP main wide-angle camera (f/1.8, OIS), a 12 MP ultra-wide camera (f/2.2, 120deg) and a 64 MP telephoto camera (f/2.0, 1.1x optical zoom, up to 3x hybrid zoom with OIS). It has this configuration giving it high-resolution photos, wide shots and optical zoom.

The Galaxy S 21 is a 5G-enabled device. Any version of the S21 (S21, S21+, S21 Ultra) can use Sub-6 as well as mmWave 5G. It also falls back to 4G LTE.
So, at Jumia Nigeria, the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G (8GB/128GB) will now cost approximately N295,000 in the grey and violet colour options. As an illustration, one of the listings indicates S21 6.2” (8GB/128GB) at N295,000 (down by N315,000).

For instance, one online retailer (VipVendor) lists a UK-used S21 128GB at ₦250,000 (down from ₦345,000). On Jiji, “UK used” or “direct import” S21 phones of 8/128 configuration often sell around ₦270k–₦300k, depending on condition.
In summary, UK-imported used S21 units tend to be approximately ₦250,000 for 8/128GB models, which is cheaper than the brand-new price.
As a direct dealer in Samsung, Slot System Limited sold Galaxy S21 5G in Nigeria, upon its release. Though the online reservations of the S21 in Slot might be sold out at the moment, previous adverts show that the S21 Ultra 5G (256GB) has a price of approximately N420,000.
New Galaxy S21 5G (8/128GB) ads average N270,000- N285,000. Prices of some advertisements are brand new 128GB at N275k (black) and N270k (purple). The Galaxy S21 (and S21+) can be bought at authorized Samsung stores and at big-box stores. It was sold by Samsung Nigeria at the time of its launch through Samsung Experience Stores, retailers such as Slot, 3C Hub, Finet and Pointek. It was sold online at Jumia and Konga among other e-shops.
