MTN Global Graduate Development Program For Africans, Applications now Open

MTN Global Graduate Development Program seeks to source, develop, and accelerate top graduates from across MTN’s footprint in Africa and the Middle East.

The program offers a privileged experience that fast-tracks talented individuals into critical roles at MTN.

The opportunity will provide a rewarding adventure to the candidate as they will work alongside some of the industry’s leading experts to develop future solutions that will not only shape the future of customers but that of the candidate alike.

MTN Global Graduate Development Program

The MTN Graduate Development Program combines both formal development in partnership with Duke Corporate Education and the MTN Academy, as well as on-the-job development through full employment and placement into a strategically aligned role.

The formal component includes modules at MTN’s 3 regional learning centers, located in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa.

The on-the-job program will take place locally where graduates are employed in MTN’s operating companies, and through job rotation. This will include in-role experience, varied interactions with the executive committees, mentoring, and coaching.

Eligibility: Who Can Apply For The MTN Global Graduate Program 2025?

Also, applicants must ensure they meet the following criteria:

Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Strong academic record and leadership potential.
Interest in pursuing a career within MTN’s operational regions in Africa and the Middle East.
Willingness to participate in job rotation and relocation within MTN’s operating countries.
Alignment with MTN’s values and commitment to driving growth in the telecommunications industry.
