Techcircle has Announced 12 Finalists for the Fifth Edition of Pitch2Win

Techcircle has announced 12 finalists for the fifth edition of Pitch2Win, an important competition that supports African startups and helps them grow. This year’s Pitch2Win event will happen on July 30, 2025, in Lagos. It will gather over 80 investors from Nigeria, Asia, and other parts of the world to find and support the most promising startups. The prize includes a $10,000 equity-free grant, meaning the winner gets the money without giving up any ownership in their company.

Techcircle, together with partners SGGrow, SGVerse, and FreakOut Holdings, organized the competition to help startups get the attention and funding they need. Oo Nwoye, the founder of Techcircle, said, “Pitch2Win is about spotlighting founders building for the future. We’re creating the right environment for them to connect with capital and people that can move their startups forward”. Since it started, Pitch2Win has helped startups raise more than $50 million in funding. Many past participants have gone on to become successful companies, such as Reliance Health, Curacel, Edves, Lendsqr, and Figorr. For example, last year’s winner, Regxta, got nearly $400,000 in funding just one week after the event.
