Old Mutual Launches New Mobile Virtual Network Operator in South Africa
Old Mutual MVNO: Old Mutual, a notable insurance company, has become the latest player to enter South Africa’s mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) market.
According to a statement released by the company, it is looking to transform mobile connectivity in the lower segment market, offering competitive mobile services to meet the needs of today’s connected customers.

The company emphasized it will offer affordable data and reliable connectivity.
Additionally, it plans to provide competitive mobile services that will transform connectivity in the lower-income market, while also providing “unrivaled value” in data packages to customers.
“The insurance giant will offer competitive mobile services designed to meet the needs of today’s dynamic and connected world,” Old Mutual said in a statement on Monday.
Cell C is the company’s chosen mobile network operator partner, and will leverage Cell C partner networks of Vodacom and MTN.
