Leading on-demand mobility company, Bolt Nigeria has announced that it has processed 1000+ insurance claims by drivers and passengers on its platform since September 2020.
This milestone, achieved in partnership with MyCoverGenius, underscores Bolt’s commitment to the safety and security of its users in Nigeria.
Bolt’s insurance policies cover a wide range of incidents, including loss or damage to mobile devices, bodily injury, temporary and permanent disabilities, and even accidental death.
The company said this comprehensive coverage is designed to provide peace of mind to both drivers and passengers during their rides.
According to Bolt’s Country Manager, Yayaha Mohammed, Bolt Nigeria’s successful processing of 1000+ insurance claims is a testament to the company’s dedication to ensuring the well-being of its users.
“Bolt’s insurance policies cover a wide array of incidents, ensuring that both drivers and passengers are protected from unforeseen events during their rides.
This is part of several safety toolkits implemented and are continuously evaluated and improved,” he said.
Bolt’s partnership with MyCoverGenius has been instrumental in providing these insurance products.
