Abiola Ayilara MyCare Assistant: Abiola Ayilara is the Founder and CEO of MyCare Assistant, a health-tech company transforming healthcare in Nigeria. Her vision is to provide quality care and health solutions to vulnerable people, ensuring that everyone has access to affordable caregiving, no matter where they live or their financial situation.
Under her leadership, MyCare Assistant has achieved remarkable milestones, including training over 600 caregivers and introducing telehealth and remote monitoring technologies that redefine caregiving.
With her strong background as a certified nurse in Nigeria and the UK, and advanced studies in healthcare analytics and patient safety, Abiola is dedicated to improving healthcare through education and innovative technology.
She is a certified nurse with an active registration at the NMCN, NMC, UK, and the convener of Nurse Digital Transformation Boot Camp, a movement aimed at improving the awareness of health informatics among Nigerian Nurses. Its maiden edition hosted over 100 nurses and 4 nurses won a scholarship to study data analytics.
