Educare Report Exposes Technical Oversight in JAMB 2025 UTME Results

On May 9, 2025, JAMB released the results of the 2025 UTME exam, and it caused a lot of upset across Nigeria. More than 1.5 million students scored less than 200 out of 400 marks, which was very unusual compared to past years. This mistake affected 157 exam centres and about 380,000 students. The old system on these servers gave wrong results because it could not check answers properly, making many students score much lower than they should.
